The rescheduled exercise will hold between November 7 and 9, 2016, at the Conference Room, Project e-Delta Building, New Secretariat Complex, along Okpanam Road, Asaba at 9.00 am each day.
The schedule for the next round of verification is as follows:
DAY 1: MONDAY NOVEMBER 7, 2016:
Officers who were absent at the verification exercise of October 13 to 18, 2016, and those with BVN issues in the Civil Service, Higher Institution, HMB and Parastatal sectors
DAY 2: TUESDAY NOVEMBER 8, 2016:
Staff with different dates of birth and employment in the Civil Service, Parastatal and BHM, and other issues
DAY 3: WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 9, 2016:
PPEB staff within retirement age, PPEB staff with different dates of birth and employment and PPEB staff with BVN issues
Accordingly, Permanent Secretaries and Heads of Extra-ministerial Departments are by this announcement enjoined to inform affected staff in their MDAs to attend the verification exercise as scheduled. Also the Personal and Confidential files of all affected staff should be submitted to: The Secretary to the Chairman, Civil Service Commission on or before Friday November 4, 2016, without fail.
It is stressed that the Civil Service Commission will sanction any MDA that fails to comply.
