ESISO EMERGES DELTA STATE PDP CHAIRMAN, GOV. OKOWA FELICITATES WITH HIM

The special advicer to governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state on Library Matters, Barr Kingsley Esiso, today emerged PDP Delta State Chairman under a peaceful  atmosphere at Asaba as PDP members elect leaders during congress.
